The villa is spread over an area of about 650 square meters and the land is about 8000 square meters.

On its upper floor there is a master bedroom with a large bathroom with shower and downstairs another room overlooking the garden, on the left there are 4 bedrooms including 1 twin, 1 with a french bed suitable for baby sitter, 2 double bedrooms with en suite bathroom .

In the dependance next to the main villa there are two double guest rooms with bathroom, while in the tower that resembles the Sardinian “stazzo”, in a predominant position, another room that can be used as a massage / relaxation room.

In an area (not in sight ) there is a laundry room and 2 staff rooms with bathroom.

Granite and Orosei stone, crystal, resin and metal are a perfect balance between tradition and modernity, all embellished by the large park that arrives directly to the beautiful sea and sandy beach.
