One jacuzzi is indoor, with counter current swimming, and one of the outdoor pools is child-friendly.
The prestigious villa consists of a central building with
a master room with en suite bgno, two double rooms with en suite bathroom. An exterior room with en suite bathroom.
In the first annex, next to the pool, there are two double bedrooms with private bathrooms and in a suite in the park next to the villa, there is another double bedroom with the possibility of adding 2 more beds, a kitchenette.
Two areas in the park are for outdoor dining.
In the covered barbecue grill area, a beautiful juniper table with 16 seats is set up with bar, grill, pizza oven, nearby kitchen and sea view.
The property has a new generation audio system.
It has a helipad, private parking and separate staff accommodation.
A panoramic path in the grounds leads down to the property’s own beach, fully equipped with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The property is self-contained, although guests can enjoy nearby facilities at Puntaldia, with boutiques, restaurants and cafes. The white sand beaches of Lu Impostu, with a marina, and La Cinta beaches are close by.
